Terms of Service
I draw:
- Furry, anthro, feral
- mostly dragons, creatures
- Humans
> Gore (strictly not with children, loli, shota etc)
> NSFW (same)
> Any orientation, gender, build, shape, race...
I have problems with:
- Mecha
- Backgrounds
General
- By commissioning me ("hornbringer") in any way you agreeing to my TOS.- Please use a nice manner.-An abundance of references is welcome. In case of their absence, please provide a clear and detailed description.- I have the right to decline your commission.
Payment
- Do not commission/buy if you can't afford it.- Full prepayment.- Via Lavatop.- Crypta, NFTs, etc. are not accepted. Only USD.- Payment should be sent in 24 hours. Otherwise the commission will be declined.- I dont make reservations.- I have the right to cancel and refund the money any time. BUT. Only if Im at the lineart point. Youll get 75% back, because Ive already spent my time on it. In case of your cancellation, only 50% will be refund.
How to commission me
- Contact me via email, discord or social media DM's (waiting for an answer may take a day)- Tell me your request- I'll accept it and we'll continue to work, or I'll refuse. If I refuse I'll let you know why.- Full prepayment.- I'll send you a sketch to make adjustments. Major adjustments can be made at this stage.- When you accept the result, I'll continue the work.- Each stage of work will be agreed with you.- The finished work will be given through email.
- Adjustments after the completion of the art will not be accepted.- If you do not want your commission to be used as a sample - inform me!
Other details
- The work can take 1-4 weeks. Depends on the complexity.- I will inform you if the work is delayed for some reason.- Commercial use is discussed separately before the start.- Commission being used as NFTs, to train AIs and other unpleasant things with my copyright is strictly prohibited.
- The rights to the art are still mine. Don’t claim the artwork as yours and give proper credit.- In case of violation of the rules, youll be prohibited from commissioning me and get banned.
